Each serving provides 1,500 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate and HCL, 120 mg of Chondroitin Sulfate, and 1,600 mg of our proprietary Flexibility Complex that contains MSM, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Aloe Vera, Boswellia Serrata (Boswellin), Niacinamide, Bromelaine and Yucca.
