What is IMGs refund policy?
IMGSM will always refund the policy premium if the policy was cancelled by the insured prior to the effective date…regardless of the situation. The request needs to be given in writing (email is fine), as to the circumstances the policy is being cancelled. If you do not have any claims filed with IMG you may cancel your plan after the effective date, however, the following conditions will apply: 1) you will be required to pay a US$25 cancellation fee and 2) only full month premiums will be considered for refunds. If you have filed claims your premium is non-refundable.
