What is I’M ALERT Food Safety?
I’M ALERT is A Learning & Educational Resource Tool. This training tool will assist food business operators and their staff to develop the required skills and knowledge to ensure the safety of food for their customers and to comply with their obligations under the Australian and New Zealand Food Safety Standards. The program steps the food handler through all of the components of the Food Safety Standards. The format is entertaining and interactive requiring the food handler to complete a short quiz at the end of most sections.
