What is iLet’s procedures at the end of a tenancy, including the hand-over of the deposit and does iLet use a formal deposit dispute resolution scheme?
At the end of the tenancy iLet will undertake a detailed exit survey, advising its clients of the property’s condition and any maintenance/cleaning that is required; this will include full photographic evidence of any issues. In line with the Deposit Protection Service, iLet will arrange to return deposits to tenants minus any amounts agreed for cleaning or maintenance.
