IGT’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share, payable on January 15, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 29, 2009. The declaration of future dividends cannot be guaranteed and decisions regarding future dividends have not been made at this time.
