What is IDX (Internet Data eXchange)?
IDX is a technology that allows listings inthe Multiple Listing System to be advertized on websites of members of the Multiple Listing Service. This means your property is not just advertized on the company’s website you listed with, but on many other websites, maximizing the exposure of your listing and helping your property sell faster. Not all members of the local association have opted to use IDX, and their listings won’t appear on other companies’ web sites (this currently includes Cowan Realtors, Oakridge, and Irwan Realtors). Busy B Realty, however, belives your listing deserves that maximum exposure possible and has opted into IDX.
