Refunds or exchanges are available for non-electronically delivered products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for items delivered electronically, including eTextbooks, eChapters, and Access Codes for online products. Returns must be in saleable condition. All software and CD-ROMs must be returned to Cengage Learning with the original envelope seal or package seal unbroken and intact.
