The IT Infrastructure of the IPC reform was created under the IBIS project. One of the key components of the system is the XML publishing framework which is based upon Apache’s Cocoon technology. The other key component is the data entry system handling the amendments generated during the IPC revision work. The IPC electronic forum is the document management infrastructure handling the document submission and document publishing tasks.
