Autodesk i-drop technology is available to you if you have AutoCAD LT 2000 (or higher) or full AutoCAD 2000i (or higher). In fact all of the latest Autodesk CAD software supports i-drop. The technology enables you to drag and drop drawing (DWG) files from our online drawing libraries directly into your AutoCAD window. It is quick and simple to use because the drawing file does not have to be downloaded and saved onto your computer manually, then inserted into your drawing – the process happens seamlessly. Should you wish to save any drawing to your computer separately, use the ‘Download AutoCAD file’ option.
