What is HTML email? Why do I get a choice between HTML or plain text emails?
You have the choice of receiving your emails in either HTML or plain text format. HTML emails have been formatted and designed by our web designer and are easier to read than plain text emails. We suggest that you choose the HTML format for your emails, but switch to plain text format should your email browser not support the HTML format and you encounter problems reading your emails. You can choose which format you’d prefer from your account area by selecting the –edit my details’ option from the menu.
