What is HTCs dividend policy?
Where the Company is a technology and capital-intensive business as the growing phase, the Company sets a policy to allocate dividends on the grounds of the Company’s current and future investment climate, demand for working capital, competitive environments at home and globally, capital budget and such factors as well as the interests to shareholders, balanced dividend and long-term financial planning of the Company. Every year, the board of directors shall propose the allocation ratio and propose it at the shareholders’ meeting. The earnings may be allocated in cash dividend or stock dividend, provided, that the ratio of cash dividend shall not exceed 95% of the total of the earnings. The profit earned as shown in the annual closing of accounts, if any, shall be allocated in the following order: (1)To pay tax. (2)To make good previous loss, if any.
