For MA employers with less than 11 eligible employees (that otherwise meet the criteria in question 3 above) HR Concepts will provide a Section 125 plan at the one time cost of $95 to the employer during 2007. These employers will have to go through HR Concepts directly by calling Peter Jennings or Laurie Lemay at 603-647-1147 or emailing Laurie Lemay.
