What is housing like for freshmen and transfer students?
As a freshman, a student can live in one of three halls of her choice. Pillsbury and Roblee Halls are suite-style rooms, with a bathroom adjoining two rooms. Freshmen are supervised by an upperclasswoman (Residence Assistant). In Hillcrest Hall, students may live on a “pet floor” (limited availability and special restrictions apply); students share a community bathroom. Each room contains a bed, dresser, desk and chair for each person. Each hall has a computer lab, lobby and lounge area, kitchen, vending machines and coin-operated laundry facilities. All of the residence halls are smoke-free.
