House cleaning is a process that will remove information relating to the previous financial year(s) from your hard drive. Note your pay period ending date, payslips, terminated staff from June last and prior will be deleted We do not recommend housecleaning, if you have extra hard disk space, we recommend leaving the previous years information on the hard drive so that, if required, you can quickly access old information. You can at some later stage (say in 1-2 years) house clean a particular year.
