What is Houma coming to?

I happen to have some pretty expensive plants in my yard, and would not be too happy if a goat came over and ate them. Some of these plants are pretty old, and some came from Hawaii. The article states that goats will eat rose bushes. I have a rose bush that is 78 years old. I would be really pissed if a goat came along and ate it.
