Hoosier Link is a residential-based transfer transition program that provides students enrolled at Ivy Tech Community College – Bloomington with guaranteed transfer to Indiana University. The students selected to participate in the program will be involved in special support programs at Ivy Tech – Bloomington while living in the IU residence halls.
