What is Home Checkouts policy regarding refunds, returns and exchanges?
Home Checkout works hard to accurately shop and deliver the items you ask for through your order. If we make a mistake with the order we will gladly correct the problem by delivering the correct product to you. Every customer will receive the original cash register receipt along with their grocery order form. If the order was shopped correctly however the customer decides they do not want a specific item the customer will be advised how to return the item to the store using the original receipt.
