What is Holistic Beauty Therapy (the Bharti Vyas Method)?
Conventional beauty therapy attends solely to the outward appearance – the ‘quick fix’. When the celebrated therapist Bharti Vyas came to this country from Kenya some 25 years ago she pioneered a holistic approach to beauty therapy at her clinic in Chiltern Street in London, drawing on her Indian heritage as well as her Western professional training. ‘Holistic’ means treating the whole person, mind body & spirit, and taking account of their unique individual needs. The Bharti Vyas method is in this way crucially different from standard beauty treatments and is properly to be regarded as a therapy.
