What is HMRCs future policy on publishing the number of LDF registrations and the yield generated from disclosures?
HMRC has agreed to publish the number of LDF registrations as at 31 March and 30 September each year. We will aim to publish figures by 31 May and 30 November through the LDF pages of the HMRC website. We will also publish how much yield we have generated from the disclosures after the first full tax year of LDF operation and annually thereafter. The first publication of tax yield will be to 31 March 2011 and should be available by 31 May 2011.
