HireMe is an application system that automates the recruitment process for the Bureau of Reclamation. HireMe uses special assessment questions for each job vacancy. The assessment questions are weighted and when the vacancy announcement closes, the system automatically rates applicants according to how they answered the questions. The HireMe system in integrated with OPM’s USAJOBS Recruitment One Stop. Applicants must register at USAJOBS and create a resume in order to apply for online job vacancies.
