HIH is a City Council approved program which includes the waiver of city fees for permits, inspections, re-inspections and other activities relating to the regulation of building and construction activities for alterations and additions to single family residences; and the waiver of penalty fees, in addition to plan check and permit fees, for construction/alterations to such structures done without benefit of permit. The program shall be in effect from March 1, 2004, through May 31, 2004.
