The High-Speed Access on High Speed Circuit Switched Data (HSCSD) technology enables data transmission at a speed up to 38.4 kbps, 4 times faster than the current speed of 9.6 kbps. With High-Speed Access up to 38.4 kbps, customers can now enjoy faster access to wireless communications applications like web browsing, attachment email, file transfer and accessing corporate LAN/ databases. Hi-Speed Access also supports traffic and security surveillance via on-site mobile video monitoring. Today, video and audio conferencing is possible over 28.8 kbit/s, which is achievable with High-Speed Access.
