What is H&FS doing to manage its intellectual capital?
It is important to capture the knowledge of those leaving the organization. It is even more important to manage and develop that capital as time goes on. We must put in place the training, development and systems to prepare our current staff to be prepared for future opportunities. We must also be willing to look at fresh ideas, whether that be through innovation by current staff or the hiring of new staff.
