What is Herbalife’s Dividend Policy?
Although we have not yet adopted a formal plan to pay dividend in the future, management is currently evaluating dividend polices. However, the declaration and payment of dividends to holders of our common stock will be entirely at the discretion of our Board of Directors and will depend upon many factors, including our financial condition, earnings, legal requirements and other factors our Board of Directors deems relevant. The terms and conditions of our current and future indebtedness may also restrict us from paying cash dividends.
