What is Hellgates cancellation policy?
Reservations require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Any seats not canceled 24 hours prior to trip will be charged 50% of the fare. Group reservations with 25 or more people require 14 days notice and is subject to different policies. Please refer to your group contract. Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
