What is heliocentric and geocentric?
The geocentric model was the model that the earth (geo) is at the center of the universe, and everything (sun, stars, etc) revolve around it daily. It was disproven about 500 years ago by copernicus in favor of the heliocentric model which said that the earth went around the sun. Galileo promoted this idea and was tried for heresy because the bible says the earth is fixed and unmoving and the sun is in motion.What the heck????How is that supposed to help me…But at least it gives SOME information…
