What is HealthyBids registration process for providers?
• Provider completes registration • Initially, registration applications require the following information: • Physician or provider name and contact information • Preferred or alternative contact and email • Electronic acceptance of network participation agreement • Physician information • Medical specialty and/or area of professional focus • Currently we are accepting Physician and Provider information only. The HealthyBid Patient Site is scheduled for launch in early first quarter 2009. Before launch we will ask each provider in our network to complete the registration process by identifying the procedures they offer from a comprehensive list, and supplying a package price for each procedure. The package price will be all inclusive from initial visit to post procedure follow-up. In addition, we will ask for more detailed physician and provider information to create a robust Provider Profile. • Medical License • Education and degree information • Standard identification and background
