What is healthy fats?
“Healthy” fats are the fats that your body needs to survive and to function properly. They look, taste, and affect your body differently than regualr fats. For example, Omega 3 is a fatty acid, that if often foound in fish. Omega 3 is needed to help for proper brain function. That would be an example of a “healthy” fat. A non-healthy fat would be like grease used to make french fries in.
