WHAT IS HEALTHY FAMILIES OSCEOLA?
Healthy Families Osceola is a voluntary, intensive home visiting program designed to help new parents give their children a healthy start. Healthy Families Osceola promotes positive parenting and child growth & development with individualized family plans designed by the family with help and guidance from their Family Support Worker. Home visits focus on parenting skills, child development, child health and other aspects of family functioning and can continue through the child’s fifth year. Healthy Families Osceola works with other community organizations to provide an array of services needed by participating families.
