What is HDPs philosophy on Patient Advocacy?
Health Design Plus is successful in controlling costs while maintaining member satisfaction because it brings the personal touch to care management and customer service. Members have ready access to dedicated, experienced nurse managers. The health care system can be confusing, especially when employees or family members are injured or ill. When they need help, we encourage them to contact our Nurse Managers at any time with their questions and concerns. The nurses can help them understand options and make informed decisions about their medical care.
