What is Havant’s Citizens’ Panel?
Havant’s Citizens’ Panel is made up of around 1,500 members of the public from across the borough who give their views on local issues, helping us to improve our services. Beginning in 1999, Panel members have answered questions on a number of the council’s services including the environment, community safey, waste and recycling, street cleansing and beach safety. As well as filling in questionnaires, Panel members are sometimes invited to take part in other activities, like focus groups or special one-off consultations.
