What is Harrods Store Returns Policy*?
Customers are strongly advised to read this store policy statement Unwanted Goods: Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 14 days with proof of purchase. However, this is subject to the discretion of the manager of the department where the goods were purchased and is subject to the restrictions and conditions below. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender except in respect of purchases made by cash, cheque/traveller’s cheque or gift voucher/gift card which will be refunded by way of shopping credit. Where different forms of tenders are used, assumption will be that forms of tender eligible for shopping credit refund will be exhausted before other forms of tender are refunded. Refunds and exchanges on purchases made on an event day will be calculated at the reduced price. Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.
