What is harder to give up alcohol or Cigarettes or marijuana ?
Funny thing is, it has more to do with the person than the drug. If you’re predisposed with an addictive personality, you’ll find the three equally difficult. However, there seems to be a deeper physiological response to alcohol than to smoking. Smoking includes a hand-to-mouth habit that’s hard to break in addition to the nicotine. Mary Jane, with more of a psychological response than a physical one, saps addicts of their ambitions, so when the addict gets a swift kick in the butt, they’ll usually drop it. It’s really not that addictive, but the habit–and the permeating lifestyle that accompanies it–is hard to shake. People usually require some sort of “wake-up call” to break the habit of each of the three. It took an Act of God to get my attention. Having a near-death experience usually does the trick! So, in conclusion, I’d rank them (in order of difficulty to break): alcohol, nicotine, marijuana.
Alcohol contain nicotine which is a stimulant that affects our brain nerves and these nerves produce certain hormones that deals with our mental stress In simpler words its good to have to have alcohol in small amounts but since it contains nicotine people get easily addicted to it and consider it as the best way to deal with their tensions The same concept could follow to Cigarettes and Marijuana These things relaxes and energises one thats why it gets hard for a person to give up these things But as a whole for those people who are not addicted to these stuff and want to deal with their stress please find some other option except addiction….your life would get much worse than what it is right now….
