HarborView is a high-resolution, interactive 3-D scene visualization application that allows users to virtually navigate through more than 125 seaports worldwide. HarborView can provide port familiarization, exercise and rehearsal capabilities, mission planning and information for use in force analysis and threat protection. The HarborView product is designed as a stand-alone application and can be loaded onto any desktop or laptop computer equipped with the following minimum requirements: Microsoft Windows 98, 512 Mb RAM and a 64Mb graphic accelerator card. HarborView is only available to US government and military personnel.
