What is Happy Pandas refund or exchange policy?
Happy Panda will issue a refund for returns postmarked within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Return shipping is at the customers expense. All items should be returned with its original packaging and invoice and in its original unworn/unwashed condition. No refunds will be given for shipping or gift wrapping charges. Exchanges will also be accepted as long as the item is in its original condition. Shipping charges for both the return of the unwanted item and the new item selected will be paid by the customer. For all exchanges or refunds, contact us at HappyPandaBaby@gmail.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you will need to include with your shipment for proper credit/exchange. We will not accept any return with out a return authorization number.
