What is happening with Texaco Xpress Lube outlets in the U.S.?
Texaco Xpress Lube outlets are convenient, fast oil-change centers that feature Havoline products. Chevron owns the Xpress Lube brand and supplies many of the Texaco Xpress Lube outlets in the U.S. Shell Oil Products U.S. had a nonexclusive license to use the Havoline and Xpress Lube brands in the U.S. until Aug. 13, 2003. Prior to that date, Chevron also had the right to use the Xpress Lube brand in the United States and worldwide during that period and which now continues into the future.
