What is happening with regard to GM crops?
Many people have contacted me about the possible commercialisation of GM crops and in particular how this would affect consumer choice. I, too, am concerned about the current position from government. As a result of these concerns, I have spoken directly with Margaret Beckett s office and understand that a detailed statement will be made in the House of Commons in the coming few weeks. I will post further comments on this site following this announcement.
