The existing Prentice facility at 333 E. Superior is owned by Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Possession of this structure will return to Northwestern University (the owner of the land underneath the hospital) by October 2010. Northwestern University plans to demolish the building and construct a new research facility. The timetable for the demolition of this building and construction of a new facility has not yet been determined.
