What is happening to my cancelled checks and monthly statements?
Check processing is ongoing and current. Monthly statements will be distributed. However, for a period of time statements will not contain cancelled checks. These items are safely stored and will be returned as soon as conditions permit. E-statement customers will begin receiving a normal monthly statement as we work to restore E-statement availability.
