What is happening inside the eye/brain that causes blurry vision?

0

When we get blurry vision we: -Try to hold our eyes still in an attempt to see everything perfectly distinctly all at the same time and to stop things from moving. -Spread our interest out over as much of what we see as possible in fear that we might miss something. -We squint because we think effort will help us to see better. -We hold our breath because we think this movement will interfere with what we see. -We reduce and even stop blinking because we think that we can see better by doing so. -We lurch our heads forward or backward in order to reach for more clarity. These are all harmful to vision and health. These strains and tensions are hard on the eyes and the brain and spread throughout the entire body. These activities squelch brain activity reducing memory and imagination.
