GSYP is the Garden State Young People’s Conference Committee of Alcoholics Anonymous. GSYP’s primary purpose is to bring the AA message to the recovering alcoholic at its annual closed conference.GSYP was founded in 1982 by young alcoholics who saw a need to extend the hand of fellowship to other young alcoholics in need of AA’s message. GSYP however, welcomes ALL alcoholics believing that young is anyone who has growing to do!
