Every term Ashdown receives some funding from GSC (Graduate Student Council). This funding is used for activities that are made open to all graduate students. Because Athletics, Brunch, Cultural, and Social committees usually plan events that can accommodate a larger number of participants, GSC funding is usually used for events organized by these committees.
