GRFL is a not for profit incorporated company limited by quarantee. It was registered on 7th December 2006 to become the replacement company for the Grain Research Foundation (GRF) , a statutory authority established under the Grain Research Foundation Act 1976. GRF’s assets and liabilities were transferred to GRFL on 1st January 2007.
