The receiver is based on the SiRF 2 chispet. 2. What is minimum request messages in order to make differential mode work? (Because one of your customer only use 2,3, and 9 to make it success.) RTCM messages are defined as: 1. DGPS corrections (pseudorange) 2. Delta DGPS corrections 3. Reference station parameters 9. High rate DGPS corrections. It should be possible to use type 1 or 9 alone to achieve corrections, however if the receivers on different ends are using different sets of ephemeris data for the satellites in view, then message type 2 becomes necessary. I believe type 3 is optional. As far as I can tell, type 1 is obsoleted by type 9. However, I have not worked with DGPS very much so you might need to address your specific questions elsewhere. ________________________ Initial Altitude measurements Midg2 We would like to know how the initial attitude estimates are obtained (i.e. magnetic compass for the yaw, and digital pendulum for pitch and roll, or a three axis magnetometer
