GPO Access consists of government-produced databases available to be searched on the Internet at: http://www.gpoaccess.gov/. GPO Access provides electronic access to some of the more common government documents published on a regular basis. This guide provides a select list of the major databases available in GPO Access. The federal government is committed to offering online access to many resources; search for individual agencies for additional information. Selecting a Full Text Database This following is a partial list of available databases. With the continuing expansion of electronic publishing, the government is regularly adding databases. Coverage for databases varies, usually from 1994/1995 to the present Congress.
