This is how I dropped about 10 pounds quickly, but this is just an idea, I’m not saying it will work for you. I initially started doing this because of high cholesterol. I stopped eating anything with fat in it. I know, yuck right? Wrong actually, I found they made non-fat cheese, yogurt, butter etc. I also stopped eating any meat other than boneless chicken breasts. I ate a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast with non-fat milk and a tbs of honey. For both lunch and dinner I would have grilled chicken salad. Grill the chicken or broil with some lemon or lime juice and pepper. Chop and mix with any fresh greens and veggies you like, try adding some fruit and cheese to the salad it makes it less boring. Grapes, strawberries and melon all go well with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. You can add as much as you want of your favorite low fat dressing. I would have a slice of wheat bread or a roll with non fat butter with my salads. It helped satisfy carb and fat cravings. I ate yogurt or drank t
