I realize that Good Friday has passed but I’ll give you an idea for next year. Where I live almost everyone who eats on Good Friday will have a crawfish boil. It is the customary meal. Sometimes they will also fry fish or boil other shellfish like crabs or shrimp. I hope you had a happy Easter.
