What is Gold Stars return policy?
Gold Star does not offer cash refunds. All returns are for store credit only. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and special order merchandise is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any time we order a piece of merchandise directly from a manufacturer, unless it is an item we normally keep in stock in our store, it is considered a special order. Freight is not refundable. Hood and Walk-In orders are custom made to our customers specifications and are not refundable once the order has been placed.
