The PNC Escrow Service provides the same features that you have with your current Escrow Manager Account (and more), including accurate and reliable information to facilitate the administration and disbursement of funds held in escrow, online (Web) access for sub-account viewing and maintenance, and comprehensive reporting for virtually any number of sub-accounts. Summary and detailed sub-account information is provided, allowing you to easily review transaction activity for each sub-account. 1099 reporting is provided by PNC.
