What is going on in the quarry at the intersection of Route 46 and Valley Rd.?
The quarry property, spanning the border of West Paterson and Clifton, is being prepared for development of 814 mixed-use residential units by K. Hovnanian Co. An age-restricted (55+) community, called Four Seasons at Great Notch, is now under construction. Sales are currently underway and will continue throughout 2007. New owners started moving in in October of 2006. West Paterson approved development of 700 units within the Borough, which is will include two-bedroom villas, three-bedroom courtyard homes and garden homes.
